About The Position

Our highly trained cannabis associates provide personalized, one-on-one consultations to help customers find the products that best meet their needs. We create experiences that promote wellness, build trust, and enrich lives. The Wellness Associate will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients, assisting them with cannabis recommendations through product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.

Requirements

Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Stand constantly.
Walk frequently.
Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms.
Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
A complete background investigation will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients.
Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations.
Guide patients through product selection, discussing effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption and administration.
