Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have the ability to work morning hours.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Nice To Haves
- Previous fitness certification and experience with basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, along with wellness equipment, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a memorable impression on new and current members.
- Connect with participants and program staff.
- Provide a level of service by connecting with members and their wellness goals, ensuring the safety of members using the facilities.
- Orient members with the fitness equipment to ensure a safe and positive environment for the participants to succeed in their wellness goals.
