About The Position
Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and pitching in wherever needed to create a great experience for our residents.
Requirements
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities
- A positive, team-focused approach to resident care
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred
- Medication Technician training or experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, activities, and other needs
- Provide medication support as trained and authorized
- Help coordinate resident activities, outings, and special events
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and general organization
- Help coordinate transportation requests, maintenance needs, and other resident services
- Work closely with team members to ensure residents receive responsive, compassionate support
