About The Position

At Restore Hyper Wellness, you will be trained to become a "Restore Expert." You will be the face of the studio, responsible for creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role combines client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients' wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year in customer service and sales
Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technology and client management systems
Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
Educate clients on therapies, benefits, and safety guidelines.
Consistently help to achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
