Under the direction of Desautels Vice-Dean, Programs; in close collaboration with the faculty Local Wellness Advisor, the Wellness Ambassador Program Coordinator may perform the listed tasks: - Onboard and train the incoming Wellness Ambassadors. - Oversee the weekly operations of the Wellness Ambassador Program, including implementation of the communication plan, and coordination of the annual schedule of events. - Facilitate the maintenance of current wellness activities and contribute to the creation of new wellness initiatives within the McGill Desautels Faculty of Management. - Act as a resource for planning, promoting, scheduling, setting up, hosting, and following up on wellness related events as needed. - Assist the Resilience and Wellness (RAW) committee members with tasks such as taking minutes, organizing events, and preparing documents and reports as needed. - Liaise with RAW committee members to identify key wellness related needs within the faculty, gather materials related to wellness education, and produce promotional materials. - Acts as a liaison between the unit and internal or external parties, such as fellow McGill students, to provide navigation assistance or information regarding wellness resources. The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by the Wellness Ambassador Program Coordinator.
