The Wellness Administrator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Wellness Department at Mountainside. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operational functioning of wellness programming across all levels of care by managing scheduling systems, coordinating coverage, maintaining inventory, and supporting communication workflows. The Wellness Administrator works closely with Wellness Leadership and serves as an organizational anchor for the department.
