About The Position
Manages an overall organization educational engagement for faculty, staff, and students with respect to institutional engagement and wellbeing. Works with leadership on engagement strategies and to support efforts to retain students, faculty, and staff. Assists in the strategic planning of educational outreach, educational initiatives for faculty and staff, and policy. Executes comprehensive cross-cultural educational opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in educational engagement for faculty, staff, and students.
- Experience with institutional engagement and wellbeing strategies.
- Experience working with leadership on engagement strategies.
- Experience supporting retention efforts for students, faculty, and staff.
- Experience in strategic planning of educational outreach.
- Experience in strategic planning of educational initiatives for faculty and staff.
- Experience in strategic planning of policy.
- Experience executing cross-cultural educational opportunities.
