Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement fitness and well-being programs tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics, aqua aerobics
Provide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.
