The Academic Well-Being Coordinator assesses students' academic well-being and collaborates with the SGA Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean of the College, Associate Deans, and Faculty to develop targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing students' well-being in areas such as academic stress, workload management, classroom environment, and student-professor interactions. The Coordinator will also work to raise awareness of available resources and support services for students by facilitating communication, advocating for supportive policies, and collaborating on the Student Council on Curriculum. Additionally, the Coordinator will work with the Communications Coordinator to publicize information regarding the state of students' academic well-being to the campus. This position is expected to work no more than a maximum of 15 hours a week.
