Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We are looking for skilled technicians and operators who bring hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain stable, high-performance production systems. Core Specialty Areas GMAW, GTAW (circumferential, seam) Orbital tube welding Laser welding (cell + handheld) PAW, SAW robotic systems Resistance spot welding, stud welding
Requirements
- Welding certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to read weld symbols and prints
- Experience with production welding
Nice To Haves
- Multi-process welding experience
- Robotic welding exposure
- NDT familiarity
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment (manual and automated)
- Control weld parameters (current, voltage, travel speed)
- Inspect welds and identify defects
- Perform rework and basic troubleshooting
- Follow WPS and safety standards
