About The Position

Machine Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This role involves following work instructions, inspecting products for quality, maintaining proper machine performance, and ensuring production goals are met. Machine Operators play a key role in maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous Machine Operation experience
• Knowledge of machine operation
• Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
