About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting production through welding, fabrication, and equipment maintenance activities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with MIG/TIG welding and metal cutting tools, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Requirements

Experience with MIG/TIG welding, plasma cutting, and acetylene torch operation
Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and hand sketches
Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented with the ability to support leadership and collaborate effectively
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand, walk and reach for 8+ hours per shift
Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding to repair or fabricate production fixtures and components
Operate plasma cutters and oxy-acetylene torches safely and effectively
Repair and modify transmission cases and related components
Support the maintenance team with special projects and equipment needs
Assemble fixtures and components using hand and power tools
Provide timely support to production lines requiring tool or fixture repair
Identify and isolate non-conforming products
Properly and safely load and unload machinery
Maintain accurate daily production records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
