About The Position

The Welding Technician plays a key role in driving welding innovation and production success by partnering with the Welding Engineering team to develop and optimize advanced welding processes while leading procedure development to support build readiness. Acting as a hands-on subject matter expert, they will supervise welders during testing activities, support data collection and analysis, and ensure high standards of welding quality across operations. This role also leads projects to establish welding parameters for new applications, providing critical field support to production teams. Working closely with shop floor trades, the Welding Technician will troubleshoot challenges, improve workflows, and help maximize productivity while maintaining product quality and keeping projects on schedule.
