About The Position

The Welding Team Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing high-quality products by following work instructions and utilizing specialized tools.

Requirements

• Basic competency in the English language.
• Ability to read and follow specific work instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in business needs.
• Must have Mig Welding expereince

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MIG welding and/or assembly processes is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble or handle units while maintaining quality and adhering to standard cycle times.
• Operate welding and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Support standardized work processes and contribute to team-oriented goals.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes.
• Verify correct part numbers according to work instructions.
• Ensure all previous parts are assembled and/or welded correctly before adding new parts.
• Engage in 5S activities and maintain Tool & Jig Home Locations.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Perform special projects as requested, related to job tasks.
