About The Position

Job Bridge Global is seeking experienced Supervisors/Managers fluent in both Spanish and English to manage and coordinate teams of welders on major industrial projects across the United Kingdom. This is a relocation job to the UK, with all relocation costs covered by the employer. The role involves supervising pipework installations and/or maintenance, requiring effective communication with local teams, project managers, and international personnel on site. Requirements

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Petrochemical and refinery welding supervisor work, Chemical/process-plant pipework supervisor work, Power-station and pressure-vessel welding supervisor work, LNG and high-pressure gas installations supervisor work, or Pipeline welding supervisor work.
• Proven experience supervising or managing projects related to the listed types of work.
• Proficient in managing workers doing Stick welding and TIG welding and installation of piping.
• Proven experience supervising/managing welding teams.
• At least five years of experience in the industrial sector.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and work effectively under pressure.
• A clean criminal record and ability to provide a police clearance or certificate of good conduct.
• Provide copies of relevant training certificates and qualifications.
• Provide an up-to-date CV in a digital, non-scanned format.
• Strong knowledge of pipework installation, equipment, and safety standards.
• Experience working with different materials, including Stainless steel, Aluminium, and Carbon steel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work different schedules and travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate welding teams on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of completed work and carry out the necessary inspections.
• Organise work activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor progress to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Supervise, train, and support less-experienced welders.
• Communicate daily with project managers and operational teams.
• Participate in technical and safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and hours worked.
