About The Position

I have a client located in the Sanford, ME area that has an opportunity for a TIG Welding Supervisor. In this role, you will be working as a TIG Welding Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day production of a welding and grind/polish department. This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of TIG Welding Experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a team
• experience managing teams of 20 +
• Strong manufacturing background

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned employees including interviewing, hiring and training
• Use KPIs to drive operation and improve process
