About The Position
The Welding Inspector will be responsible for conducting visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections of welds, reviewing welding procedures and specifications, documenting inspection results, reporting defects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with welders to resolve issues. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and integrity of pipeline welding in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (specifically in Pipeline).
- Knowledge of API 1104 and CRA Welding is mandatory.
- Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical.
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience after certification.
- Good English lingual skills.
