About The Position

DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a Welding Equipment Repair Technician in Pearland, TX! An established industrial equipment company in Pearland is currently hiring an experienced Welding Equipment Electrical Service Specialist to join their team! This hands-on technical leadership position will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial welding equipment while overseeing service operations and supporting technicians. The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical/mechanical expertise along with experience leading a technical or service team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical/mechanical equipment
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising technicians, service personnel, or shop staff
• Strong understanding of industrial welding power sources, wire feeders, and related equipment
• Experience servicing MIG, TIG, Stick, Submerged Arc, and/or Plasma welding systems
• Background with preventative maintenance, quality standards, parts coordination, and service workflow

Nice To Haves

• Welding equipment manufacturer training or certification
