About The Position
The Equipment repair Technician will perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment. Technical aptitude and people skills are a must. This is a hands-on position requiring ability to identify and correct mechanical issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Must be mechanically inclined. Familiar with hand tools.
- Must have 12V DC experience
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Proven customer service skills are a must
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Basic mathematical skills
- Driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all possible MOC automotive equipment issues in a professional and timely manner
- Perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed
- Escalates all problems and issues to management when necessary
- Follow company’s field procedures and protocols
