Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking a Welding and Metal Fabrication QC. This is a full time W-2 position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Applicants must have a metal fabrication and welding background. We are seeking on the job QC experience as well. Please apply and provide a resume if interested, these positions are immediate hire! Pay range is $25- $27 an hour based on experience and an interview.
Shift: 2nd shift available.
Pay: $25- $27 an hour
Health insurance available after 90 days of employment.
PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8 hours per day and some Saturdays.
Overtime Available

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, fabrication, welding, and manufacturing
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of Welding and manufacturing techniques
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits to verify products meet specifications
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to inspect product dimensions
• Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Implement quality control processes in line with CGMP guidelines
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain and improve quality systems
• Inspect and fabricate components to ensure compliance with quality standards
