Performs skilled welding tasks using established techniques and procedures. Prepares, welds, and finishes fabrications, ensuring product quality. Sets up and calibrates welding equipment according to technical drawings and standards. Performs maintenance of tools and equipment and escalates larger issues as needed. Checks parts for presence, dimensions, and quality. Operates industrial equipment safely and in compliance with regulations. Participates in team activities and supports best practices. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Resolves routine issues independently and supports process improvements. Follows all safety guidelines and uses required personal protective equipment. Has skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines, with limited ability to modify methods or approach. Completes assigned tasks with moderate supervision. Performs the full range of established procedures and is typically considered skilled through work experience. Resolves routine issues independently, without supervisory approval.
