We are looking for a focused, dedicated individual to join our welding team! This role will be focused in a high priority production MIG weld cell serving a Top 10 and high priority customer. Requirements

Have at least some prior exposure to welding/welding processes
Be detail orientated, with a production focused mindset
Reliable, honest, with a strong work ethic - able to work overtime

Nice To Haves

technical welding education is preferred but not necessarily required
Have a desire to learn & be open to coaching

Responsibilities

Production MIG welding operations
Reading blueprints as needed to reference basic part features, dimensions, & tolerances
Completing all inspection and quality processes as required per weldment
Troubleshooting or making adjustments at the machine as needed to maintain weld quality
Maintaining production rate/speed consistently across jobs or parts
Performing routine daily cell & machine maintenance
Able to use/read tape measure, & square
Be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed
Be able to regularly lift raw material, work pieced, or finished weldments up to 40 pounds
Be comfortable performing repetitive movements required for finish grinding operations
