Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and procedures. This role requires strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding. Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints. Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders. Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs. Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity. Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency. Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions. Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
