The role also entails taking ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency, and utilizing computer programs for data entry and accessing work instructions. Additionally, the welder will use work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures, and method documents to correctly set up parts for welding. The position requires the ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
