About The Position

Nesco Resource is recruiting a Welder for a manufacturer in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity working Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as required. The position pays $20.00 per hour. The Welder assembles products using small hand tools and MIG welding, helps move product, maintains a clean work area, and works as part of a team. The role involves working in wet and cold or wet and hot environments and requires following safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds and standing, bending at the knees, and squatting during the shift. The position also uses a crane to move product. Requirements

Experience in MIG welding.
Experience using hand power tools, including drills and grinders, and small hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and scrapers.
Ability to work in wet and cold or wet and hot environments.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend at the knees, and squat during the shift.
Follow safety and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, bump caps, steel-toe boots, and gloves.
