We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have a keen eye for detail. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
• Strong knowledge of various metal fabrication techniques, such as welding, cutting, and bending
• Ability to operate metal fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Nice To Haves

• Strong aluminum welding background with expertise in GMAW (MIG) processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
• Set up and operate various metal fabrication equipment, such as shears, brakes, rollers, and welding machines
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials according to specifications
• Assemble and fit metal components together using various techniques, such as welding, bolting, and riveting
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
