Welder 1st Shift
About The Position
We manufacture air compressors. The Welder will perform wire feed welding positions, for which they are certified/trained, including AMSE code pressure vessels. This is production type welding using wire feed arc welders. The role involves repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs. The welder will troubleshoot weld problems and make adjustments to correct them. We will train! The welder will learn how to identify welding defects and use weld gauges. The ideal candidate will be safety conscious, quality minded, and possess good work habits and attendance.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Welding experience - MIG.
- Safety conscious.

- Knowledge of blueprints.
