About The Position

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Welder. This role involves performing repairs and maintenance on various types of containers and vehicles, including welding, grinding, cutting, and fabrication. The position also includes painting, performing on-site repairs, and completing required paperwork. A positive work environment and adherence to safety policies are expected.

Requirements

Welding experience.
Use of computers to update assigned work orders.

Nice To Haves

Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Performs repairs and maintenance on front and read load, and roll-off containers, cuts/weld repairs to vehicle floors, bodies, packing blades, rails, fabrication.
Grinds metal parts after welding
Weld steel and aluminum components using Mig, Tig and arc welding equipment.
Bends steel components using a break ad shear.
Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.
Fabricates steel components on trucks and containers.
Installs lids and wheels on containers.
Paints repaired and/or new containers.
Performs on-site repairs at customer locations.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Completes required paperwork.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
