About The Position
Jamco Products is hiring Welders to perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for the fabrication of metal carts, cabinets, and stainless steel products. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality work and want to grow their skills in a stable manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of welding experience (MIG required; TIG/Stick preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Welding certification or technical training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications
- Set up and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support team goals and production timelines
