About The Position

Welder team members manufacture quality trailers while providing outstanding service and working safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role involves operating equipment on the weld line, following work orders and instructions, inspecting completed products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members must use appropriate protective equipment and tools, complete equipment checks before shift startup, and support other areas as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities in directly job-related experience.
Good physical stamina and coordination; able to safely lift 80 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Able to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Able to work in a self-directed manner and manage multiple demands on time and attention in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Use designated personal protective equipment and tools rated for the task, follow safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
Operate power tools and machinery on the weld line effectively and respectfully.
Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
Perform quality checks and product inspections, completing final inspection sheets as directed by the assigned production supervisor.
Inspect equipment daily before shift startup to support safety and operational effectiveness.
Assist in other areas and perform other duties as needed.
