This is a full-time, on-site position in Ridgeland, WI, offering a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, providing a 3-day weekend every week. The role involves wire feed welding on steel and aluminum components, reading blueprints, fabricating, fitting, and welding parts, operating shop tools, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe work area. The company emphasizes a supportive, family-oriented work environment with a clear path for growth.
Requirements
- Prior welding experience required.
- Must be able to pass a welding test.
- Strong Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual and safety-minded.
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience: 1 year (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform wire fed welding on steel and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders.
- Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to specifications.
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely.
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
