About The Position
Responsible for welding and repair in an effort to maintain equipment in safe and effective operating conditions.
Requirements
- Two years of welding and fabrication experience.
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Graduation from a trade school preferred.
- Waste and recycling industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedules, maintains, services and repairs of equipment and containers used to recycle, dispose and haul industrial commercial and residential waste, welds repairs of equipment.
- Rebuilds containers that require removal and replacement; paints and decals the new containers; provides systematic safety inspection of containers to established standards.
- Assists management in the purchase of new equipment or supplies as required.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner and in compliance with the established protocols.
- Other duties as assigned
