About The Position

This position is responsible for welding products to print using manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment using MIG and TIG. The primary objectives include ensuring the quality of welded parts in a timely manner and adhering to the quality management system daily. Responsibilities encompass welding parts, inspection, following safety procedures, and maintaining correct documentation such as timekeeping, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and prints. Additional duties may include general maintenance and housekeeping.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience of wire feed welding
• Ability to pass AHI welding certification within 90 days of hire for multiple processes
• Ability to setup and run various programs on welding equipment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using various computer software
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience in a related industry
• Welding technology degree (2‐yr)
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude
