About The Position

BaRupOn is hiring 10 experienced Welders to perform structural and industrial welding for construction and installation activities. Position Summary The Welder will perform structural steel and industrial welding operations in support of facility construction and mechanical installations. This role requires experience working in construction environments, interpreting blueprints, and performing high-quality welds in accordance with industry codes and safety regulations. Welders must comply with OSHA construction safety requirements and industry welding standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional welding experience
  • Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience with structural steel welding
  • Ability to read blueprints, welding diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication
  • Experience performing welds in multiple positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead)
  • OSHA Construction Safety Certification
  • AWS Certified Welder (CW) or ability to pass a welding qualification test
  • Knowledge of OSHA welding and hot work safety regulations
  • Ability to properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to work outdoors in construction environments
  • Ability to work at heights or confined spaces when required
  • Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Certification
  • Experience with pipe welding or industrial piping systems
  • Experience on large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure projects
  • Forklift, rigging, or heavy equipment familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding on structural steel, fabrication components, and piping systems
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
  • Execute welding using approved procedures and industry standards
  • Operate welding equipment such as: SMAW (Stick Welding) MIG / GMAW TIG / GTAW FCAW
  • Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality compliance
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition
  • Follow OSHA safety protocols and job site safety procedures
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Support installation of structural components during project construction
