Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in the Gurnee, IL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Verifiable flux core welding and fabrication experience
- Proficient in 1G, 2G, and 3G welding positions, including flat, horizontal, and vertical
- Standard hand tools
- Welding mask, gloves, and steel toe boots
Responsibilities
- Flux core welding on tanks
- Read blueprints
- Join metal pieces using heat & pressure
- Measure, cut, bend, fit & finish metal in 1G, 2G, and 3G positions
- Perform fabrication work in a shop environment
