About The Position

As a Welder at Super Steel, you’ll perform high‑quality welds on a variety of projects requiring accuracy, repeatability, and attention to detail. You’ll work with a supportive team in a clean, safety‑focused environment with opportunities to grow your skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven welding experience with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with welding tools, machinery, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions

Nice To Haves

• Welding apprenticeship preferred
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality welds using multiple techniques (MIG, TIG, and Arc Welding)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Maintain welding tools and equipment; perform minor repairs as needed
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed
