Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools
  • Interest in welding or fabrication work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • No prior welding experience required — we’ll train you

Responsibilities

  • Performing MIG welding on structural steel components
  • Reading basic blueprints and work instructions
  • Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality
  • Following safety procedures and reporting issues
  • Working closely with team members to meet production goals
