Requirements
- Experience with welding (2–3 years preferred)
- Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability—we count on each other here
- Willingness to work hard and stay safe
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate parts using established procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and specs
- Inspect your work and ensure it meets quality standards
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Work alongside a team that pushes each other to be better every day
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running strong
