As a Welder on our Metal Fabrication team, you play a hands-on role in building the core of our products—pole-mounted transformers. Your skill with metalwork and precision welding helps bring our high-performance components to life. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints, follow specs, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Physically fit to perform hands-on work in a production environment
• Willingness to undergo a background check, drug test, and physical

Responsibilities

• Welding and fabricating metal parts to spec using MIG techniques
• Reading blueprints and following detailed instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
• Cutting and shaping metal to meet job requirements
• Smoothing and finishing welded components for a clean, durable result
• Working with different metals, including steel and aluminum
• Maintaining a clean and safety-first work environment
• Documenting your work and supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Jumping in to assist with other duties as needed—teamwork matters here
