Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Production Welder (M04) for our Airdrie facility. This role is responsible for MIG welding and Spot-welding fabrication to assemble enclosures and frames and/or other projects, as required, for Airdrie’s product lines. Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge/experience with hand and power tools.
- Welding experience.

- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Mark orders as started or complete on DMM.
- Fabricate assemblies from component parts.
- Inspect welding equipment to ensure it is safe and operable condition, including inventory of supplies and spare parts.
- Maintain daily schedule for welding work.
- Control the quality of the welds (according to the drawings and quality standards).
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects applied to the area.
