This role is for a skilled Welder who takes pride in doing the job right and enjoys the variety of a true small job shop, focusing on hands-on, precision work where quality matters. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or exposure to pressure vessel or hygienic welding.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on shop environment.
• Team-focused mindset with an ownership mentality.

Nice To Haves

• 0–4 years welding experience at the Welder III skill level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, Laser, and orbital welding on pressure vessels, tubing systems, and complex assemblies.
• Produce x-ray quality and ASME ‘U’ code welds to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and layouts.
• Complete joint prep, fit-ups, hygienic welds, and finish grinding.
• Work independently on challenging, custom jobs in a dynamic shop environment.
• Safely use cranes, weld positioners, grinders, gauges, and inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and document work as required.
