About The Position

JOB RESPONSABILITIES: Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected lock out tag out procedures Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement Follow safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organized work area Performs MIG welding and functional / cosmetic grinding of steel assemblies Inspects parts to production prints and set-up Assist in jig and fixture set-up Performs operator level maintenance of welding torch and machine All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership Completion of Watson proficiency in TIG assessment grants eligibility for wage premium. Requirements

  • Welding experience preferred
