About The Position

We are looking for an entry-level Welder who is ready to put their technical training into practice. While formal certifications are a plus, we prioritize candidates who can demonstrate a strong grasp of MIG and TIG welding techniques through a hands-on weld test. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0–2 years of experience to grow their career in a fast-paced production and fabrication environment.

Requirements

0–2 years of welding experience (trade school, internship, or entry-level shop experience).
Must understand the fundamental differences between MIG (wire-feed) and TIG (tungsten/pedal) processes.
Ability to pass a standard shop weld test (Horizontal/Flat/Vertical) during the interview process.
A strong work ethic and the physical stamina to stand, lift, and work in an industrial setting for full shifts.
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work in the US

Nice To Haves

Completion of a welding certificate program is a plus but not required if skills are proven.
High mechanical aptitude and a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior fabricators.

Responsibilities

Execute clean MIG and TIG welds on steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.
Set up welding machines based on job specifications, including adjusting gas flow, wire feed speed, and voltage.
Read basic shop drawings and use manual tools (grinders, saws, clamps) to prepare parts for welding.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring welds meet structural requirements and visual standards.
Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
