About The Position
Spot Welder Using pot welding, projection welding, and stud welding equipment to assembly stainless steel/mild steel parts. Responsible for cosmetic finishes on items such as cabs and welded front panels. Track inventory of components to prevent shortages. Work with other departments to meet assembly needs. Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to understand adjustments of spot welding for different variations of parts.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to work safely and consistently, ensuring high quality while performing repetitive work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to be trained in the proper use of other assembly line equipment including (but not limited to) overhead hosts and pallet jacks.
- Must be able to collaborate with other co-workers to ensure department needs are satisfied.
