About The Position

This position is for a Welder Trainee who will develop welding skills and processes. The trainee will learn basic welding in GTAW and GMAW in at least the flat position (1G), blueprint reading, and the use of all types of measuring devices. The role requires adherence to company policies and safety requirements, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong collaborative and accommodation tendencies
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Effective written & verbal communication skills are required

Nice To Haves

• To learn the welding processes and progress to a certified welder.
