Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production machinery (e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators.
- Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products, following safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.
