About The Position

This position is for a Welder II on the 1st shift at The Toro Company. The role involves maintaining positive working relationships, operating computers and internal software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, training others, and adapting to new technologies and welding techniques. The Welder II will also be responsible for assigning and prioritizing work tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in M.I.G. welding techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new skills and processes.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
