About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with team members, operating computers and internal software, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, training others, and demonstrating a willingness to learn new technologies and welding techniques. The position also involves assigning and prioritizing work tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Demonstrated proficiency in M.I.G. welding techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new skills and processes
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
