Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
- Certified Vocational Degrees Preferred
- Minimum Experience: Vocation Training or Less than 2 related assembly experience
- Pipe welding (Ability to qualify in a 6G test for Mig, Pulse and Tig)
- Basic math skills
- Basic blueprint reading
- Basic fabrication skills
- Comprehension of safety rules
- Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface.
- Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs
- Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery
- Willingness to work extended hours when required to support customer satisfaction
- Supports all continuous improvement and 6S standards
- Follow all Safety Policy PPE Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, and heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets
- Assembles, welds, and installs sub assembly parts
- Welds internal and external parts
- Installs heads and sub arc
- Sub arc wrappers
- Assembles and welds supports, legs and angles
- Assembles and welds water boxes
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets.
- Assembles and welds sub assembly parts
- Installs package components
- Assembles weld and installs system piping
- Assist in training less experienced employees
