Requirements

• General knowledge of welding terminology and work processes
• Qualified PSNS Fire watch
• A valid state driver's license
• One (1) year of relevant experience assisting a tradesman or relevant experience in the military
• Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cleans up the work area.
• Operates various machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Follows safety, fire and other regulations and maintains good housekeeping practices.
• Adheres to policies and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.
• Works effectively with co-workers in a professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
